Anthony Hart

Anthony started his abundant career in South Africa as a young and enthusiastic cook. He worked his way from production kitchens to bakeries, to fine dining restaurants, until he eventually became the Head Pastry Chef of a five star hotel.

“Travel”, he then decided!

Finally moving to Australia to take up a position at renowned Vue de Monde, Anthony has had some of the most enlightening experiences of his career and life to date; the greatest opportunities to work for two of Melbourne and Australia’s greatest chefs and mentors, Shannon Bennett and George Calombaris. Alongside them Anthony has met many other influential chefs and cooks alike on his journey. However the journey is a long way from being over yet…

Don’t Lose Your Temper is Anthony’s conception, and he proudly acts as owner and director.
